Recital Week: May 7-12, 2018
We will be running a revised schedule in place of regularly scheduled classes during recital week. Please make sure your student is in attendance for all March and April classes so they are prepared for their big performance.
Costumes will be handed out in classes in the weeks following spring break. Please provide any necessary alterations to your students costume prior to recital. Costumes are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please make sure your student has the proper performance shoes for the recital.

Please bring your costumes and performance shoes.
We will start the rehearsal in the order listed below.
Students are released after their last piece has run.

*Junior Ballet will have a make-up class at 6:30pm,
after our rehearsal.*
No classes will be held
Thursday, May 10 or Friday, May 11
Saturday, May 12 - Recital
8:30-8:45 am - student drop off
(please check in at the registration desk)
9:00 am - dress rehearsal begins with bows
9:15 am - run tots & starz on stage
9:45-10am - tots & starz classes released at registration desk
9:45 am - rest of dress rehearsal runs in show order
students are released after their pieces are completed
*please leave all costumes, accessories & dance shoes at the theater after the dress rehearsal*
*12:30 - BDC Presentation (approximately 1/2 hour)
3:00 pm - call time - all students check in at registration desk
4:00 pm - show
6:45 pm - approximate end time of show
meet your student at the registration desk after the show
Please pack students with a non-staining snack and water bottle in a bag.
The Tots and Starz room will have a Disney movie running during the show, title TBA.
Tots and Star parents who want to pick their student up during intermission may do so at the registration desk. Students are also welcome to stay for bows.
All students will have an individual chair marked with their name inside a dressing room with their class members. Teachers will be in the following rooms.

The show concludes our dance season! Thank you for dancing with us this year! We hope to see you again next fall.
